Are you or your students/children
 having trouble with any aspect 

their Maths-Whizz experience?

If Maths-Whizz isn’t functioning well on your device, the first thing to check is that you have the required operating system and the latest internet browser. The minimum requirements are below:

Google Chrome and Safari are the preferred browsers, even on an iPad which no longer requires an App. If you are unsure what browser you are using then type the following into the URL of the device causing problems: whatismybrowser.com


Please provide as much information as you can so that we can find a solution for you as soon as possible.


1. Copy the following link into the browser of the device(s) experiencing the issue: doctor.whizz.com


2. Run the diagnostic along with internet speed and click on the camera on the bottom to save the report and attach it at the bottom of this form. 


3. Fill in the form with as much information as you can including the browser information about the browser.


4. Encourage students to report any lesson errors they come across within Maths-Whizz as well.
