Transfer to a Home Subscription

Here’s how to activate your child’s account based on its status:

Step One
  1. Have your child log in to their account.
  2. Go to the burger menu in top right corner.
  3. Click on Parents icon in bottom right of page.
  4. Complete the Parent Registration.
Step Two
  1. Complete this form and include your child’s Maths-Whizz Username and Whizz Support will deactivate your child's account so you're able to reactivate under a home subscription.
Step Three
  1. Log in to your Parent Dashboard (after the account expires).
  2. Go to the Students page and click "Transfer and Reactivate" under your child’s name.
  3. Follow the steps to purchase and enter the voucher code ILEARNMATHS-25.
